SRAM AXS EXPLR Derailleur Cage

We were tasked with making the worlds first fully carbon cage for the SRAM EXPLR rear derailleur, this had to be strong enough to withstand the rough terrain of gravel and cyclocross racing, as well as be lightweight, and capable of a wide rang of gears to work with a 1X chainring setup. FSA KFX integrated Garmin Bracket

We were approached by a good customer of ours, Oleg, of Twisted Wheels YouTube channel, to design and manufacture him a 100% integrated, ultra lightweight GPS bracket that was integrated into his FSA KFX Handlebar on his Custom Scott Spark

Classic Top-Cap with some Glitz

After a customer had a Specialized Tarmac custom painted with holographic glitter in the lacquer, he wanted come final custom touches, so we designed and made a headset cover and top cap with matching glitter engrained in the resin to carry the theme over into his cockpit.
